These Terms of Service apply when you visit HeavyweightXV.co.za, create an account, or buy from us. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your country. If you are shopping for someone else, you confirm that you have their permission to provide their details.

The site is here for personal, lawful shopping and discovery. Please do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape our catalogue, or use our content to compete with Heavyweight XV.

We work hard to keep product information, sizing, photography, and availability accurate. Small differences in colour, texture, and fit can happen because of screens, materials, and the nature of handmade or limited production.

If you create an account, keep your details accurate and your login information private. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you have promptly told us that it has been compromised.

We may suspend or close an account where it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that risks the store or other customers.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order becomes final on confirmation (pay when you order). We will send an order confirmation, but an order may still need to be cancelled if an item is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, or fraud checks require it. Cancellations before dispatch must be requested within 24 hours.

If a price is clearly too high we will refund the difference; if it is clearly too low we carry the loss. Limited or Final Sale drops may sell out quickly and cannot be guaranteed until your order is confirmed, and Final Sale items cannot be returned.

Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) with VAT included unless we say otherwise. We may update pricing, promotions, product details, or availability before an order is placed. The price shown at checkout is the price we use for your order, subject to obvious error.

Payments are handled through Stripe (Mastercard, Visa). We do not store your raw card details. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own terms, verification steps, or fees.

We deliver countrywide across South Africa — we use Courier Guy as the main courier (cheapest at the time of ordering) and do not deliver outside South Africa. We will deliver to the address supplied at checkout using the delivery option available for your order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by stock, carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

If you need help with a return, exchange, damaged item, or cancellation, contact hello@heavyweightxv.co.za as soon as possible with your order number. Returns and exchanges must be in original packaging, unworn/unwashed with original tags; Final Sale items cannot be returned. You pay the return courier for cancellations/choice changes, we pay for defective or incorrect items. Exchanges are offered for undamaged items. Any return or exchange is subject to the instructions and timelines on the Returns page and to your rights under the CPA.

The Heavyweight XV name, marks, photographs, product designs, copy, graphics, and site experience belong to Heavyweight XV or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit our work without written permission.

If you send us a review, photograph, or other submission, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it for the purpose for which you submitted it, such as displaying a review or improving our communication, without giving up ownership of your original work.

We aim to keep the site available and useful, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security, or reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for losses caused by your misuse of the site, events we could not reasonably prevent, or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits a right or protection that cannot legally be excluded, including rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable South African law.

Nothing here takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), including the 6-month implied warranty against defects and your right to cancel certain direct-marketing transactions within 5 business days. Where the CPA says a term cannot be excluded, that term continues to apply.

We may update these terms when the store, our services, or the law changes. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date. If a change materially affects an order already placed, we will use the terms that applied when that order was accepted unless the law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.
