Send us your order number as soon as possible at hello@heavyweightxv.co.za. We will check whether the order has entered preparation or dispatch and confirm what options are still available.

Some pieces return in a later drop and some do not. Join the Drop Club or follow our social channels for restock and release notes.

Yes. Use your OX- order number and checkout email on the Track Order page. We will show the latest status held in our order system.

The current checkout is set up for South African delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need an international shipping quote.

Keep the item unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags and packaging until we have confirmed the return instructions for your order. Some items may have specific conditions that we will explain when we reply.

Follow the care label on the garment. As a general rule, wash cold, turn the garment inside out, avoid harsh bleach, and air dry where possible to protect the cotton and print.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account gives you access to order history, saved items, saved addresses, and account preferences.

Checkout currently supports secure card payment through Stripe. Additional South African payment options may be added later.
